Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge awarded Regions Bank (NYSE: RF) a $15.1 million foreclosure judgment against Friends of Lubavitch of Florida and 17330 NW 7 LLC, cialis the owners of the property, after a contentious lawsuit first filed in 2009.

Friends of Lubavitch, a nonprofit entity affiliated with the orthodox Chabad Lubavitch movement, attempted to assert counterclaims against the bank but the judge didn’t rule in its favor. Instead, the judge ruled that it was past due on $7.8 million, plus interest, owed to Regions Bank and set its three properties for online auction on July 29.

That includes its main campus, the 84,020-square-foot building on seven acres at 17330 N.W. 7th Ave., near the Golden Glades interchange. The other properties in the foreclosure are both in Miami Beach: the 30,750-square-foot education center at 1114 Alton Road and a 3,363-square-foot apartment building at 1231 13th St. in Miami Beach.…
