Like most poorly run ossified bureaucracies this one plainly places a very high priority on perpetuating and growing itself.Think in terms of the road crew with one guy digging a hole and four supervisors watching him.Governments can get away with this foolishness for quite a long time until unmanageable deficits bring it to an end.JPPS-Bialik can't tax anyone so it's shelf life will be much shorter unless its leadership becomes a lot smarter and more conscientiousness

Yes what is missing from this Jewish parochial school is definitely a crack down on loose lips. As previously mentioned, all that is required to complete the picture is Red Square and Lenin's tomb. The secret police appear to be already in place

Can anyone explain why the Board has hired 2 rabbis to oversee Judaic studies at a time where they have made such drastic cuts in staff - & as I understand it(but please correct me if I am wrong)are seemingly intent on diluting or reducing the Judaic content in the curriculum ?

Joy,

To assume because I'm not married means I have no responsibilities is outrageous. Between my day job, my online work, the radio show and my weekend work, plus the volunteer work I do, I put in well over 80 hours a week. Spare time to me is precious and life for me is definately not easy.

I understand the point you are making, but at the same time I understand that sometimes institutions are top heavy and relieving some of the pressure from the bottom equals trimming a little off the top.

I was being slightly sarcastic in suggesting the cutting of a principal to save the parents a few bucks, I guess it didn't translate well.

Other than a sense of righteous indignation, what else have you got to offer? Being a Board member means having a vision for the future and working to sustain the school's financial viability. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on these issues. The rest is just noise and misplaced recrimination which will only drag the school down.

Simple - provide any evidence whatsoever of a (laughable) BJEC conspiracy. ANY. What is your source? Do you have minutes or witnesses to any such discussions or intentions? No references, no quotes, no documents produced equals NO EVIDENCE. Pretty basic, actually. Produce proof and SUBSTANTIATE your story (which is what it is) or retract. If you had any understanding of the principles of logic, you would know that one cannot disprove something that doesn't exist.

Cracking down on insubordination in the workplace and acts of lack of professionalism is basic workplace discipline, a legal responsibility and fundamental to success. Loose lips sink ships. It's actually sad that it comes down to sending memos.
